Found in oily marine fish and algae

Helps maintain normal healthy triglyceride levels

ALA: Alpha-Linolenic acid (18:3, n-3)

Found in flax (linseed), hemp & chia seeds

Is converted by the body to EPA/DHA

Conversion rate low – less than 1%

Not an optimal Omega-3 source
